Note that some teams saw this as Clue 6 and
saw that clue here instead.
Returning to the Western Inn, teams received their customary
pyramid with a story piece on
it (as always, ignore the number) along with an envelope. Inside the envelope
are 5 MDF rings (+ 2 extra) divided into 32 spaces, two halves of a plastic ring
holder and six pages of clues. One of the rings had some answers already filled out.
(on white paper)
The Groby
i. Discovered early in time by a rogue of questionable morals,
ii. its value is not yet understood. Though some scholars adore it
iii. above all artifacts, they have not pierced its secrets in the least.
iv. The device does amuse the mind since it is so simple, yet
v. information about it is so complex. What can we learn from it?
vi. Does it cache knowledge from the ancients? Will it take verve
vii. or merely an open heart to know? Perhaps we must go about
viii. our normal routine and hope we get lucky and make order of it.
