The Post-It Note reads as follows: "Agents - Essential information we need to try erasing is attached to this note. Follow ALL RULES carefully!"
Five of the pages are full of seemingly random words.

Follow these rules carefully and precisely on the following pages.
(Do not apply redactions to this sheet of paper.

We recommend using pencil to redact, in case you make mistakes.
Redact words longer than ten characters or shorter than three characters.
Redact proper names of people, corporations, countries and cities.
Redact words with two of the same characters back to back.
Redact four characters or longer with alternated consonants and vowels. Vowels are defined as the letters A, E, I, O, and U.
Redact fruits & veggies.
Redact portmanteaus.
Redact words directly loaned from the Spanish, Finnish, Russian or German languages.
Redact palindromes.
Redact words with every character in increasing alphabet order.

Walkthrough:

The first step is for teams to go through and redact the five sheets full of words.
If they follow all instructions, then the words that were redacted should form the shape of letters.
If you read these letters in order (the pages are numbered 1-5), they read REDACT NOTE.
If you redact the post-it note, the remaining words read "Agents - try erasing this"
If you erase the post-it note, you will find that most of it is written in erasable ink. The remaining characters spell "Answer is attache".

Hinting:

The first thing is to make sure that they're redacting the five sheets.
If they believe that they've successfully redacted the pages, ask them to see if they notice any patterns.
