Slots-o-Fun Solution
It looks like there are a lot of moving pieces in this puzzle because every time the reels are spun the board changes, but there is always a single emoji that is duplicated. What the team needs to do is count the duplicate emoji and then index that into the name of the emoji. For example, in the board above with 4 lobsters and 12 other emoji (there should be no other emoji with duplicates), and the team would want to extract 's'. Teams were also separately given 4 sheets of emoji stickers to allow them to canonically identify all emoji in the puzzle.
Extract a letter for each spin on the slot machine to reveal a word, show below with the country associated with the slot machine.

Each row gives an instruction identifying a slot machine, by a landmark from that country, and two arrows on that slot machine to select.
