This puzzle consists of four different types of eye charts:
- A large poster consisting of various alphabet letters (aka ABC chart), all right side up.
- A large poster consisting of a series of Es, facing various directions.
- A small handout with sentences, to test close up vision.
- A handout with various colored circles and numbers to test color blindness.
