This puzzle is looking for an answer typed in the text box, which is acquired from using the wheels.

There are four main things you need to recognize about the wheels:

• They are oriented incorrectly and should be lined up so the colors match

• Each wheel has a set of dots on it to denote order

• The spokes use color mixing where:

  • A blue spoke is blue

  • A red spoke is red

  • A yellow spoke is yellow

  • A green spoke is yellow and blue

  • A purple spoke is blue and red

  • A orange spoke is yellow and red

  • A black spoke is no color

  • A white spoke is all (but none here are all)

• On each wheel there are two red, two yellow and two blue spokes, each of which is semaphore (ordered RYB RoYgBiv)

Going in order by wheel, we get:
