What is it?

Washington Trail Part 4 is a word-transformation puzzle. There are five transformations possible, and teams need to learn how they work by doing an initial exploration phase.

Part 1

In the exploration phase they just need to successfully enter each action (sneak, crouch, dodge, roll, wait) at least once to be able to move on to the next round. This is pretty much a tutorial so that they can learn what each action does.

Part 2

Once they clear the exploration phase, there is a set of timed challenges they must clear. They will need to clear five rounds - two "round 1" challenges, two "round 2" challenges, and one "round 3" challenge, all chosen from a master list of 10 total (4xRound 1, 4xRound 2, 2xRound 3).

Unlike in Part 1, the game won't give them feedback about what word the actions create. They need to enter a complete list of actions that get it from the start word to the end word.

Teams will likely fail repeatedly and need to collect the various challenges, solve them offline, and enter them into the app pre-fab once they know what they're doing.
