3-Card Poker Solution

How it works

This was actually a standard game of Three-Card Poker, dealt and scored normally. The trick was to interpret the lucky numbers in the rule sheet as word indexes into the sections of the rule sheet. This yielded the message:

Dealer secret password is ballpark but after careful no talking

Upon hearing the secret password, the dealer will turn around for a short period of time (until the teams start talking again), which gives them a chance to cheat outside the view of the casino. Teams should deal a hand to all three players, then use the password to give themselves a chance to swap cards such that one player has the best hand possible, and bet solely on that player. This will give the team the advantage they need to break the casino.

Solution

Once the bank was broken, teams received a chip with one of the unlock codes for Word Web.
