Plinko Solution
How it works
The Plinko board has 10 possible bets on top and 20 possible payout slots on the bottom. As teams play, they should come to realize that the board is rigged such that any given bet will always lead to the same outcome:
At this point, if teams read the rule sheet carefully, they will notice some strange capitalization in the five-letter words. Extracting the 5 letter words, teams should realize they can treat the capitalized letters as binary 1 and the rest as binary 0 to read:
Concatenate Payout To Bet
Doing this with the various bets and payouts they've discovered and interpreting as ASCII yielded the message:
Blow a Kiss!
Doing this causes the dealer to "accidentally" bump the payouts over by one, making a $9999 payout available.
Solution
Once the bank was broken, teams received a chip with one of the unlock codes for Word Web.
