Design Notes

Cinco was based on -believe it or not- an obscure Microsoft product by the same name. It shipped as part of the Entertainment Pocket Pak for Windows CE 2.0. I knew from the previous year that I wanted to build some sort of electronic device that would be given to each team, but I didn't know what the puzzle would be until a lightbulb turned on somewhere into my sixth round of Cinco on my phone?
