Internet Memes CD

This puzzle isn't currently solvable online, though media should someday be posted.

At this location, teams received a CD in a jewel case. The cover sheet in the jewel case contained a logo indicating "Audio + Data CD, Enhanced for your Windows PC" and the following entries:

The CD had two components, neither of which is currently available online. The data portion included a series of twenty-two Internet memes in their entirety. The audio portion consisted of a number of clips from these memes.
