Teams arrived at Tolt MacDonald Park and found a field containing 21 foam gravestones.

Fourteen of the gravestones were scattered around an area and had phrases on them:

  • The remains of wood after it has been burned
  • The part of a hook that keeps a fish from spitting it out
  • Zombies eat this
  • A tool for rearranging hair
  • Several people at oxford debate the need for certain instances of this punctuation mark
  • This type of ball is used to hit other more colorful balls
  • Venison comes from this animal
  • These clubs were popular in the 70s, and generally had a shiny ball hung from the ceiling
  • Subject of "The Italian Job", and "Ocean's Eleven"
  • Opposite of Poly, or a type of flu
  • One ______, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all
  • People sleep in this when they go camping
  • Something you do with a keyboard

The Puzzle is broken up to short word clues and long word clues. Solving the phrases gives you fourteen different common short words:

  • A curved structure commonly used in Roman Architecture (Arch)
  • The remains of wood after it has been burned (Ash)
  • The part of a hook that keeps a fish from spitting it out (Barb)
  • Zombies eat this (Brain)
  • A tool for rearranging hair (Comb)
  • Several people at oxford debate the necessity of instances of this punctuation mark (Comma)
  • This type of ball is used to hit other more colorful balls (Cue)
  • Venison comes from this animal (Deer)
  • These clubs were popular in the 70s, and had a shiny ball hung from the ceiling (Disco)
  • Subject of "The Italian Job", and "Ocean's Eleven" (Heist)
  • Opposite of Poly, or a type of flu (Mono)
  • One ______, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all (Nation)
  • People sleep in this when they go camping (Tent)
  • Something you do with a keyboard (Type)

Two words, plus a letter, combine to form the answer to each of the long word. The answers are as follows:

(Long Word Clue : short word 1 - LETTER - short word 2)

Sauce : barb-E-cue

Take : comma-N-deer

Believer: mono-T-heist

Indoctrinate : brain-W-ash

Lock : comb-I-nation

Sad : disco-N-tent

The letters added spell out the word ENTWINE, which is the solution.
