Tiles Solution
How It Works
The fronts of the tiles have an image and a number on them. The backs of the tiles have halves of dancing men. The fronts also have borders which indicate which tiles should be read with which other tiles. The numbers indicate the alphabetical ordering of the words the images represent. The terms the crossword puzzle, mab gab, rebus forms are all space related.
Once assembled, the entire "mega-tile" is flipped over and the dancing men become readable (find the encoding used here). It reads off into a mad gab: AND ROME MEAT TOSS DRAIN
